What makes the role mea ty?

1. Project Management

• Plan, budget, and execute capex/expansion/modification projects within timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues related to execution or design.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental norms in all project phases.

2. Maintenance Operations

• Lead preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment, utilities, and electrical systems.
• Monitor asset health, analyze root causes of failures, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain all statutory records and ensure compliance with internal audit and external regulatory bodies.
• Improve equipment uptime and OEE by applying TPM, 5S, and Kaizen principles.

3. Fire & Electrical Safety

• Conduct fire risk assessments and implement fire prevention measures.
• Ensure availability, maintenance, and compliance of fire protection systems (hydrants, extinguishers, fire alarms).
• Conduct fire drills, emergency response training, and awareness sessions.
• Ensure adherence to National Building Code (NBC), Electrical Safety Rules, and Fire Department regulations.

4. Electrical Supervision

• Supervise all electrical installation, repair, and commissioning work as per IE Rules.
• Validate electrical drawings, SLDs, and ensure safety during electrical work.
• Maintain liaison with electrical inspectors and authorities for compliance and inspections.
• Handle energy audits, load management, and drive power-saving initiatives.

We hope that you have

• Diploma/B.E./ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
• Valid Electrical Supervisor License (as per state regulations)
• 6–10 years in plant maintenance and project execution in manufacturing sector
• Certifi c ations (preferred): Fire Safety, First Aid, ISO 45001, Energy Auditor
