Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring for the position of Assistant Manager / Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to expand business opportunities Generate leads and acquire new clients for packaging products and solutions Manage existing customer accounts and build long-term client relationships Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close business deals Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of orders Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 4–5 years of Sales or Marketing experience in the Packaging Industry Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills Proven ability to manage client relationships and achieve sales targets Sound knowledge of packaging products and market dynamics
