Veevo Tech is a product-based company having more than a decade of experience and established products and solutions within the communication segment including SMS, Voice Call, and WhatsApp.

Internet of Things Solutions & Products, and SaaS-based Business automation software products.

Must-have Requirements:

· At least 1 year experience in admin and finance.

· Must have management skills.

· Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

· Coordinating with other branches on administrative/management-related matters

· Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices

· Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant, formulating strategic and operational objectives

· Working as an assistant to your direct boss to assist in day to day activities/operations as directed.

· Critical & out of the box thinking to suggest and plan new ways on how to maintain and operate day to day management operations within the company.

· Assist in keeping record of the payments by the clients ensuring compliance with the finance policies.

· Formulate strategies to enhance the financial position of the company.

· Manage and oversee daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

· Coordinate with the other team for reconciliation of accounts, tax submissions, and other financial matters

· Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.

· Ensure compliance with Pakistan's financial regulations and standards.

· Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and financial operations.

· Handle payroll processes and manage financial records of employees.

· Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary financial information.

· Any task assigned by the supervisor that may arise with time.

This is a full-time permanent contract-bound office-based Job & the starting salary would be 45K-70K as per professional experience + other allowances.

The position is available within VT ISB & PSH Offices, The ISB Office is adjacent to G-13 Metro Station Srinagar highway, whereas the Peshawar Office is at Jawad Towers, Uni Road - you can switch to any at your convenience.
