AM - Procurement

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and improve efficiency.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Conduct tendering processes and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
  • Manage contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Acquire Goods and services as per company need.
  • Negotiate with vendors and procure goods and services efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stake holders for smooth procurement operations.
  • Manage P2P cycle.
  • Maintain accurate reports and reconcile vendor ledgers.
  • Planning and forecasting of material demands and execute as per requirement.

Education:

Master degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

5-6 years of experience in procurement or a related field

Key Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Procurement: 5 years (Preferred)
