AM Project Core Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Develops and maintains project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
- Site Management & Quality Control: Monitors day-to-day field construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Budgeting and Cost Tracking: Assists with budget preparation, expense tracking, and analyzing costs to ensure adherence to financial plans.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepares daily, weekly, or monthly progress reports, maintains project documentation, and updates Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Subcontractor and Vendor Coordination: Coordinates with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring work is within scope and materials are delivered on time.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensures that all civil works meet HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Coordination: Coordination of ongoing projects, invoicing, Follow up. PITB at other Engagement
Experience: Usually 3–7 years of experience in civil engineering or construction project management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to manage communication between subcontractors, staff, and clients.
Educational Requirements:
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering Structural Engineering, or construction management.
Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
