AM / QC Lab Engineer for pharma sector

Job responsibilities:

• He can Calibrate, operate, and maintain all QC laboratory instruments including HPLC, GC, UV-Visible spectrophotometers, and dissolution testing apparatus

• He can Perform routine inspections, system suitability checks, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal instrument performance

• He can Support in equipment qualification and validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) in compliance with regulatory standards

• He can Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair technical faults to ensure minimal disruption to lab operations

• He can Coordinate with external vendors and service engineers for complex repairs and annual maintenance contracts

• He can Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation in accordance with QA/QC requirements

• He can Implement strategies to minimize instrument downtime and improve efficiency in QC laboratory operations

Qualifications

• DAE / B.Tech / Bachelor’s degree in:

o Instrumentation Engineering

o Electronics Engineering

o Electrical Engineering

• Certifications in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or instrument calibration (preferred)

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
