Position: Assistant Sales Manager

The Assistant Sales Manager will support the Sales Manager in planning, executing, and optimizing sales operations for the company’s real estate and property development projects. The role involves assisting in team management, client and investor relations, sales coordination, and market analysis across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will be organized, market-savvy, and capable of driving results in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- Support the Sales Manager in leading, training, and motivating the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
- Coordinate and oversee booking processes, client negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, channel partners, brokers, and real estate agencies.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between promotional campaigns and sales goals.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and analyze market trends and customer feedback.
- Assist in managing project-wise pricing, inventory control, payment plans, and sales offers.
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, investor meetings, site visits, and promotional events as required.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales transactions, commissions, and client records in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with development, finance, and customer support teams to ensure smooth project updates and client communication.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate or property sales, with exposure to team coordination or leadership.
- Proven ability to support and achieve sales targets in real estate projects.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of Lahore and regional property markets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
