AM Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a dynamic dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen interest in the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering high-quality service, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and dietary options.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
• Participate in banquet services or catering events as required.

Skills

• Proven experience in fine dining or restaurant settings is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Experience in serving, catering, or banquet services is an asset.
• Familiarity with dietary aide responsibilities is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential.
