Xpo9tial LLP is a fast-growing Amazon marketing agency working with international Private Label brands. We are currently looking for an experienced Amazon Account Executive (Private Label) who can independently manage Amazon operations, optimize listings, and support brand growth.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the full Private Label lifecycle and enjoys working in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end daily operations of multiple Amazon Private Label accounts
• Conduct product and competitor research using tools like Helium10, Data Dive, and Jungle Scout
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings (SEO, keywords, A+ Content, backend search terms)
• Monitor account health, KPIs, and handle Seller Central issues and case logs
• Support product launches, promotions, and ranking strategies
• Coordinate with PPC, design, and content teams for smooth execution
• Manage FBA shipments and inventory coordination
• Track performance metrics including sessions, conversions, ACOS, TACOS, and revenue
• Prepare weekly performance and strategy reports for management and clients

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Private Label accounts (mandatory)
• Strong command of Amazon Seller Central (FBA, listings, variations, inventory, case handling)
• Proficiency in Amazon research and optimization tools (Helium10, Data Dive, Jungle Scout, etc.)
• Clear understanding of the Private Label lifecycle (research, sourcing, launch, optimization)
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
