About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Amazon Account Manager to join our eCommerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end performance of Amazon seller accounts—including account health, brand negotiations, product approvals, and supply chain operations. You will serve as the key point of contact between our company, partnered brands, and Amazon Seller Central.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management:

Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central accounts to ensure optimal performance, compliance, and growth.

  • Brand Negotiation & Outreach:

Identify and engage with potential brand partners, negotiate trade terms, and establish long-term strategic relationships.

  • Brand Approval & Onboarding:

Handle all aspects of brand authorization and listing approvals, including compliance documentation, LOAs, and product gating issues.

  • Inventory & Supply Chain Verification:

Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to verify stock availability, lead times, pricing accuracy, and shipping workflows.

  • Listing Optimization:

Collaborate with content teams to ensure high-quality product listings including SEO-optimized titles, bullet points, and A+ content.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

Track key performance metrics (Buy Box, IPI score, BSR, ACOS, etc.), prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to improve account performance.

  • Compliance & Risk Mitigation:

Monitor account health and performance notifications, proactively resolve issues related to suspensions, IP claims, or customer complaints.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Amazon policies, FBA/FBM models, and compliance requirements
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Amazon reports, and third-party tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Sellerboard, etc.)
  • Experience in brand outreach and supplier engagement is highly preferred
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced eCommerce environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
