About the role

We are seeking an Amazon Account Manager to oversee and drive the growth of our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in managing drop shipping operations on the Amazon marketplace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing product listings, optimizing performance, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment via the drop shipping model.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central (or Vendor Central) accounts.

· Set up and manage drop shipping workflows and ensure compliance with Amazon's drop shipping policy.

· Source reliable suppliers and negotiate favorable terms for drop shipped products.

· Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.

· Monitor and resolve order issues, including late shipments, cancellations, or returns.

· Ensure all product listings are optimized with accurate titles, bullet points, images, and backend keywords.

· Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., Buy Box, ODR, late shipment rate, account health).

· Implement strategies to improve product visibility, rankings, and conversion rates.

· Handle customer service inquiries related to drop shipped orders.

· Maintain compliance with Amazon’s terms of service and drop shipping policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Amazon Account Management.

· Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, preferably with FBM and drop shipping models.

· Deep understanding of Amazon drop shipping policies and the risks involved.

· Strong knowledge of eCommerce operations, logistics, and fulfillment workflows.

· Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with Amazon tools and reports (e.g., Business Reports, Account Health, A+ Content).

· Proficiency in using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Note: It’s a Full-time On-site job in Gulberg 3, Lahore

Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM / 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM / 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Pakistan time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
