We are seeking a skilled Amazon Account Manager who has experienced of managing and optimizing an digital electronic products presence such as smartphones, tech gadgets, and accessories on Amazon marketplace. This role focuses on product listings, advertising campaigns, inventory management, performance tracking, and product listing compliance with Amazon policies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must have experience of registering the business as LLC in the US market.
  • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and keywords for SEO and conversion.
  • Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and fulfillment to ensure availability and minimize stock-outs.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display).
  • Track and report on key performance metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sales).
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for product growth, bundling, or promotion based on market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to coordinate campaigns and promotions.
  • Resolve issues related to listing errors, account suspensions, negative reviews, customer complaints, and compliance issues.
  • Stay updated with Amazon platform changes, new tools, and e-commerce trends.
  • Fully responsible for team working on Amazon.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (or equivalent experience).
  • 4 years plus experience of managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC campaigns, and marketplace algorithms.
  • Proficient in analytics tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
