Position: Amazon Account Manager / Strategist

Location: Lahore, Pakistan (In-House)

Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Days: Monday – Friday

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Account Manager to manage Seller Central accounts, FBA/FBM operations, customer support, and account health, while developing strategies to grow sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage Amazon Seller Central accounts (FBA & FBM)

• Monitor account health, performance metrics, and policy compliance

• Handle customer messages, feedback, and support

• Manage inventory, catalog updates, and listing optimization

• Coordinate with PPC and design teams

• Develop sales growth strategies

• Resolve Amazon cases and account issues

Requirements

• 3+ years experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts

• Strong knowledge of FBA, FBM, and Amazon policies

• Experience with listing optimization and product launches

• Strong communication and analytical skills
