Lightning Quick is seeking an Amazon Account Specialist in our Compliance Team to drive growth, and ensure seamless execution of Amazon Returns and Reimbursement.


Type: Full-time
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

As an Amazon Account Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily compliance activities of Lightning Quick.

  • Monitor and analyze customer reviews across all brands.
    • Identify high-risk reviews affecting listing performance or account health.
    • Coordinate compliant customer follow-ups through Amazon-approved channels.
    • Track VOC alerts daily and take immediate action.
    • Raise cases, follow up on defective trends, and work with the team to prevent recurring issues.
    • Escalate flagged listings promptly to avoid suppressions or suspensions.
    • Handle all buyer–seller communications professionally and promptly.
    • Resolve customer concerns to reduce negative reviews, returns, and account health risks.
    • Coordinate with Amazon for negative feedback removal when applicable.
    • Manage all FBA fee remeasurement cases from start to finish.
    • Raise reimbursement cases (lost inventory, damaged units, incorrect fees), track progress, and secure recoveries.
    • Maintain complete documentation for discrepancies and incorrect fee charges.
    • Manage day-to-day operations in Amazon Seller Central across multiple marketplaces.
    • Maintain full compliance with Amazon policies and handle ASIN/Account issues, including • Follow through on all cases until resolution.
    • Maintain daily logs and escalate cases exceeding standard timelines.
    • Collaborate with the Odoo Developer to run system reports and identify reimbursement-eligible items.
    • Manually verify each case for accuracy.
    • Prepare and submit detailed reimbursement recovery sheets.
    • Oversee and optimize Amazon operations for high uptime, fast load times, and smooth user experience.
    • Stay updated with Amazon’s policies, guidelines and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize account potential.
    • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify growth and profitability opportunities.
    • Coordinate with inventory, logistics, marketing, and customer support for seamless operations.
    • Serve as hiring manager for the Amazon team, handling recruitment, onboarding, training, and evaluations.
    • Develop and implement training and cross-training programs for team skill enhancement.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, Amazon regulations, and legal requirements.
    • Conduct regular product listing audits for accuracy, optimization, and compliance.
    • Prepare and present reports on sales performance, operational issues, and strategic solutions.
    • Lead special projects and departmental initiatives within tight deadlines.
    • Work with leadership to implement new tools, technologies, and automation for scalability.
    • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.
    • Perform duties assigned by the CEO.
    • Handle special departmental projects and ad-hoc tasks with tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience with Amazon Seller Central.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
  • Strong understanding of reviews, returns, VOC, reimbursements, & case management.
  • Excellent written communication skills (English).
  • Highly organized, proactive, and strong with follow-ups.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, vendor management, and advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and execute tasks with precision.
