Requirements/Qualifications
-
Must have at least 1 year of experience in the e-commerce industry, preferably as an Associate Account Manager, Associate Category Manager
-
Manager, Associate Brand Manager, or a similar role.
-
Experience in market research, product launching, and account management is highly desirable.

Excellent command of the English language is required.
-
In-depth knowledge of Amazon is required.
-
Knowledge of MS Excel for Inventory Management.
Role Responsibilities
-
Mainly responsible for assisting the Brand Manager in carrying out tasks, such as:
-
Managing the product catalog of clients on Amazon. This covers sales performance, advertising & marketing, keyword indexation, stock level, ratings & reviews, conversion rate, margins, and others.

Drive revenue growth of the assigned client accounts (existing products & identify opportunities for new products to launch)

Assess market competition by comparing the client's products against competitors

Identify new product opportunities and successfully execute the launch on Amazon

Analyze market and customer trends within Amazon
-
Work with various service and support units to ensure you are driving the account's revenue growth.

Analyze various account reports and create actionable plans to ensure the success of the accounts managed
-
Assist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the team, Management, and clients, showing account success.

Manage client communications

Others, as assigned
Mandatory Requirements:

This is an office-based position in Lahore, where remote work is unavailable.

Candidates must have their own laptop/machine for this role.

Job timings are from 6 PM to 2 AM (Pakistani Time).
