Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday – Friday)

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Amazon Brand Sourcing Specialist to help identify and secure wholesale brand partnerships for our Amazon business. You’ll research potential brands, evaluate product opportunities, and assist in establishing long-term supplier relationships that drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research reputable brands and distributors for Amazon wholesale partnerships.
• Analyze product performance, pricing, and competition using tools like Keepa, SellerAmp, or Helium 10.
• Evaluate profit margins and assess brand fit for the Amazon marketplace.
• Prepare detailed sourcing reports and maintain an organized brand database.
• Assist in outreach to brand representatives and distributors via email or phone.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance.
• Stay informed about category trends, supplier policies, and market shifts.

Requirements

• Understanding of Amazon Wholesale (FBA/FBM) business models.
• Experience with or willingness to learn research tools like Keepa and SellerAmp.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic data analysis.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and goal-driven personality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
• Fresh graduates passionate about Amazon and brand sourcing are encouraged to apply.
