Key Technical Skillsets-
Amazon Connect Solution Development
- Design, configure, and implement Amazon Connect contact center solutions.
- Build IVR flows, call routing logic, prompts, queues, and contact flows.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM platforms, third-party applications, and internal systems.
AWS Integration & Development
- Develop AWS Lambda functions using Python/Node.js to extend Connect capabilities.
- Work with AWS services such as Lex, Polly, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, etc.
- Manage call recordings, transcripts, reporting dashboards, and analytics workflows.
Contact Center Enhancements
- Implement omnichannel features (voice, chat, SMS, email) within Amazon Connect.
- Support workforce optimization (WFM/WFO) and analytics integrations.
- Customize agent experience using the Amazon Connect Streams API
