Job Title: Amazon Main Image & Creative Testing Specialist

Location: On-site (Bahria Phase 7 Rawalpindi)
Type: Full Time

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail oriented Amazon Main Image & Creative Testing Specialist to help improve CTR and CVR for our product listings. You will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and testing main product images using data-driven strategies and A/B testing.

Responsibilities:

  • Research & gather 3-5 inspirational images for each product.
  • Create detailed image briefs for designers, including references, focal points, and high-quality assets.
  • Collaborate with designers/freelancers to produce 2-3 new main images per product.
  • Conduct structured A/B testing using Pickfu and Amazon to identify top-performing images.
  • Analyze CTR, CVR, and Amazon Brand Analytics data to optimize listing performance.
  • Document results, track performance, and recommend iterative improvements.
  • Stay updated with Amazon image guidelines, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Amazon product listing optimization and main image strategy.
  • Strong understanding of CTR, CVR, and top-of-funnel listing performance.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools (Pickfu, Amazon experiments, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills for briefing designers and reporting results.
  • Ability to manage multiple products and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with graphic design, 3D renders, or photography is a plus.

  • Google Docs / Sheets for brief and tracking
  • Design software collaboration (Lightshot, iScreen Shooter)
