Job Overview

Cornerstone Delivery Group LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) looking for enthusiastic, team players to manage a team of 80+ delivery drivers. Cornerstone Delivery Group LLC stands for safety, character, and customer service excellence.

Cornerstone Delivery Group LLC - Shift starts at 10am until all drivers return back to station safely. MUST HAVE 1 WEEKEND DAY AVAILABILITY!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch delivery routes daily to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor driver progress throughout the day using Amazon’s routing and delivery systems (e.g., Rabbit, Netradyne, Flex).
• Communicate daily with station leaders, DSP Owner, and Drivers
• Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers during delivery shifts, providing real-time support for route changes, delivery issues, and emergencies.
• Track and record delivery metrics such as on-time performance, package accuracy, and safety incidents.
• Support pre- and post-trip processes, including attendance tracking, driver check-in/check-out, and delivery vehicle assignments.
• Assist with route adjustments and relay important updates to drivers during their shift.
• Communicate with Amazon station management regarding package delays, returns, or escalated delivery issues.
• Support fleet management by tracking vehicle maintenance needs and reporting any operational concerns to the appropriate departments.
• Promote and enforce safety protocols and company policies.
• Provide administrative support and help with scheduling, reporting, and data entry as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Prior experience in logistics, dispatching, or delivery operations (Amazon DSP experience a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with computer systems and logistics platforms (Excel, Amazon DSP tools, etc.).
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Calm under pressure with excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Pay: $46,280.00 - $52,520.00 per year
