Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Amazon Expert to manage and optimize our presence across multiple e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Amazon account management, advanced listing optimization, A+ Content (EBC), and marketplace expansion including eBay, Etsy, and Walmart.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Account Management

• Create, optimize, and manage product listings
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Improve listing ranking and conversion rates
• Manage account health and performance metrics

A+ Content / EBC (Enhanced Brand Content)

• Design and upload high-converting A+ Content
• Develop engaging product descriptions and brand storytelling
• Optimize visual and written content for higher engagement

Amazon FBA & FBM

• Manage Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) operations
• Inventory planning and shipment creation
• Monitor storage fees and reimbursement claims
• Manage Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) operations

Marketplace Expansion

• Manage and optimize listings on:
• eBay
• Etsy
• Walmart Marketplace
• Synchronize inventory across platforms
• Ensure compliance with each marketplace’s policies

Performance & Growth

• Monitor PPC campaigns and ROI
• Improve organic ranking strategies
• Analyze sales reports and growth opportunities
• Develop scaling strategies for multiple marketplaces

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing Amazon Seller/Vendor Central
• Strong expertise in A+ Content / EBC creation
• Hands-on experience with FBA and FBM
• Experience managing eBay, Etsy, and Walmart accounts
• Knowledge of SEO for e-commerce listings
• Experience with PPC campaign management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with listing tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.)
• Graphic/content coordination experience for A+ modules
• Understanding of international Amazon marketplaces
