Work Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM, Friday: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Pakistan Time)

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Logistics Coordinator to support a fast-growing Amazon-based company.

The ideal candidate will manage Amazon FBA shipments, coordinate logistics between warehouses and fulfillment centers, monitor inventory, and prepare reports. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Amazon FBA shipments
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and sales trends
• Coordinate logistics between warehouses and Amazon fulfillment centers
• Maintain accurate data entry and operational records
• Generate inventory and shipment reports
• Assist with purchase orders when needed
• Identify logistics issues and suggest solutions

Requirements

• Experience with Amazon logistics and FBA shipment creation
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas and reporting
• Experience with Sellercloud is a plus
• Background in warehousing or inventory management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
