Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Amazon Front Sales Executive to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front-end sales operations, enhancing customer experience, and driving revenue growth through effective communication and product presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions.
- Analyze sales performance to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to implement sales strategies.
- Address customer concerns promptly while maintaining service excellen
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Amazon sales, e-commerce, or customer service roles.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and online sales processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with product listing optimization and keyword research.
- Knowledge of inventory management and order processing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
