Amazon Front Sales Executive

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Amazon Front Sales Executive to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front-end sales operations, enhancing customer experience, and driving revenue growth through effective communication and product presentation.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Analyze sales performance to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to implement sales strategies.
  • Address customer concerns promptly while maintaining service excellen

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Amazon sales, e-commerce, or customer service roles.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and online sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with product listing optimization and keyword research.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and order processing.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
