About the Role
We’re hiring a dedicated Amazon Graphics Designer who lives and breathes Amazon listing visuals. This role is 100% focused on conversion-driven Amazon assets, not generic design work.
You will own the full Amazon visual ecosystem, including:
- Amazon 7-image stack (hero, infographics, lifestyle, comparison, technical)
- A+ / EBC content built to increase CTR and CVR
- Amazon Storefront banners and category visuals
- Product packaging & instruction manuals aligned with Amazon compliance
Your work directly impacts sales. If you don’t think in terms of conversion rate, clarity, and buyer psychology, this role is not a fit.
What You’ll Do
Amazon Listing Visuals
- Design high-converting Amazon image stacks that follow Amazon rules and best practices
- Create clear, benefit-driven infographics that explain products in seconds
Competitive Analysis
- Break down top-ranking competitors’ visuals
- Identify gaps and design assets that outperform what’s already ranking
A+ / Storefront Design
- Build structured A+ modules that tell a clear product story
- Design clean, professional Storefront layouts that strengthen brand trust
Packaging & Manuals
- Design retail-ready packaging that aligns with listing visuals
- Create clear, easy-to-follow instruction manuals (Amazon-safe, low return risk)
Collaboration
- Work with photographers, 3D artists, and copywriters to deliver polished, cohesive assets
- Execute quickly with clear creative direction and minimal hand-holding
Optimization & Compliance
- Stay current on Amazon image rules, category trends, and what converts
- Ensure all assets are compliant, readable, and mobile-first
This Role Is For You If
- You have hands-on Amazon listing design experience (not just theory)
- You understand Amazon’s 7-image stack and why each image exists
- You know how to design for scroll-stopping CTR and purchase-driving CVR
- You’ve worked with private label brands or Amazon agencies
- You think in terms of clarity > aesthetics and sales > pretty
This Role Is NOT For You If
- Your background is mostly social media, branding, or website design
- You’ve never designed images that are live on Amazon
- You don’t understand how Amazon shoppers scan and decide
- You need step-by-step instructions for every task
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience designing Amazon product images, A+ content, and Storefronts
- Strong portfolio with live Amazon listing examples
- Expert in Photoshop & Illustrator (Amazon-level execution, not beginner)
- Experience with packaging and instruction manual design
- Amazon private label or agency experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with AI-generated copy integration is a bonus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs230,000.00 per month
