Important Note on Work Location

This role is currently remote, with occasional in-person meetings scheduled on an ad hoc basis.

Royal Flagship plans to establish a second office location by late 2026 or early 2027, with headquarters in Seattle and a second location in South Florida. Once established, this role will transition to requiring in-person presence at that location.

Candidates should be open to this transition over time.

Role Overview

This is not a typical design role.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of execution within the Studio team—building and scaling brand assets across Amazon and other marketplaces.

This role reports directly to the Director of Flagship Studios and will work closely with the broader Studio team.

You will be assigned brands and expected to operate independently—delivering high-quality work on tight timelines while maintaining strong alignment with team direction and standards.

What You’ll Do

1. Brand Execution & System Development

  • Develop Amazon-specific brand style guides in collaboration with the Studio team
  • Execute high-converting listing images (lifestyle, infographics, product storytelling)
  • Help refine how each brand presents itself across marketplaces
  • Ensure consistency across all SKUs within a brand

2. Catalog Execution

  • Apply the style guide across full product catalogs
  • Manage both large builds and iterative updates
  • Deliver complete, production-ready assets
  • Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency across all deliverables

3. Marketplace Execution (Critical)

  • Upload all assets directly into Amazon Seller Central
  • Track asset status and ensure successful publishing
  • Identify and resolve rejected or unaccepted content
  • Follow through until all assets are live and accurate

4. Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with the Director of Flagship Studios and broader Studio team
  • Coordinate with Operations and Product teams as needed
  • Communicate clearly on timelines, blockers, and progress
  • Take ownership of execution—without requiring constant oversight

Required Experience (Must-Have)

  • Proven experience designing Amazon or marketplace listings
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Experience creating lifestyle and conversion-focused imagery
  • Understanding of Amazon image requirements and best practices
  • Ability to deliver clean, organized working files (PSD, AI)

This role is for someone who takes ownership, moves quickly, and cares deeply about the quality and performance of their work. The expectation is not just to design—but to execute, complete, and deliver results.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
