About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Amazon Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing Amazon Seller Central operations, with strong skills in handling cases, inventory management, repricing, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve Amazon cases efficiently.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
- Handle repricing and set prices using SellerBoard to maximize sales and profitability.
- Process and monitor removal orders.
- Coordinate with warehousing operations to ensure a smooth inbound and outbound flow.
- Generate and maintain performance reports, ensuring alignment with KPIs.
- Perform data entry and reporting in Google Sheets to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously optimize account performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, repricing strategies, and Amazon policies.
- Experience with SellerBoard and warehouse coordination is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, reporting, and data entry).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet KPIs.
