About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Amazon Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing Amazon Seller Central operations, with strong skills in handling cases, inventory management, repricing, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve Amazon cases efficiently.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
• Handle repricing and set prices using SellerBoard to maximize sales and profitability.
• Process and monitor removal orders.
• Coordinate with warehousing operations to ensure a smooth inbound and outbound flow.
• Generate and maintain performance reports, ensuring alignment with KPIs.
• Perform data entry and reporting in Google Sheets to maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously optimize account performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, repricing strategies, and Amazon policies.
• Experience with SellerBoard and warehouse coordination is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, reporting, and data entry).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet KPIs.
