Amazon Performance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and assertive Performance Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for managing ASIN and account reinstatements, product availability, account health, compliance, and platform policy enforcement. The ideal candidate will bring strong Amazon experience, skills in data analytics/reporting, knowledge of global safety regulations, and a thorough understanding of e-commerce platforms’ operational policies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support and work closely with the Performance Manager
• Draft clear, detailed, and persuasive appeals for Account and ASIN Reinstatements
• Communicate directly with clients, Amazon associates, and testing laboratories to address account performance issues and discuss product compliance requirements
• Conduct research on regulatory requests in line with marketplace requirements
• Manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Continuously simplify, improve, and innovate processes to enhance workflow
• Support the Performance Monitoring and Compliance team with ad hoc deep-dive requests
• Assist core teams with escalations and ad hoc requests
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Preferably with experience in Amazon Seller Performance, Account Health, or Product Development
• Proficient in MS Excel and Google Spreadsheets
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and a quick learner
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and grow
• Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with a team
• Able to navigate ambiguous tasks with confidence
