Ecommerce Specialist

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven Ecommerce Specialist to take ownership of our Amazon and eBay storefronts. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in product listing, SEO, campaign management, and day-to-day operations. This role is critical in boosting sales, improving product visibility, and maintaining a seamless customer experience across both platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Listings & Optimization:

Create and manage compelling product listings on Amazon and eBay, including writing persuasive titles/descriptions, optimizing keywords, selecting high-quality images, and implementing competitive pricing strategies.

• Market Research & Trend Analysis:

Conduct thorough market and competitor research to identify opportunities for new products, market gaps, and industry trends that support business growth.

• Inventory & Pricing Management:

Monitor stock levels, update pricing regularly, and execute promotional strategies to ensure optimal availability and competitiveness.

• Performance Monitoring & Analytics:

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and search rankings to identify areas for improvement and drive informed decision-making.

• Customer Service & Support:

Handle customer inquiries, returns, and feedback promptly and professionally to uphold a high standard of customer satisfaction.

• Advertising & Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns and eBay promotions to increase visibility, traffic, and conversions.

• Compliance & Account Health:

Ensure all listings and activities comply with Amazon and eBay policies, maintaining strong account health and protecting the brand’s reputation.

• Cross-Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and coordinated cross-channel promotions.

• Reporting & Insights:

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting sales trends, campaign results, and actionable recommendations for ongoing growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
