Job Description:

We are seeking a highly strategic and data driven Amazon PPC Expert to own and optimize our paid advertising strategy on the Amazon platform. This role is critical for driving scalable growth, maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS), and gaining a competitive edge. The ideal candidate is not just a campaign manager but an analytical thinker who can develop, execute, and innovate our PPC initiatives to achieve key business objectives.Key Responsibilities

Strategic Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Design, implement, and optimize advanced Amazon PPC strategies across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP campaigns to drive visibility, conversion, and revenue growth.
  • Continuously monitor and refine bidding strategies (manual, dynamic, and rule-based) to achieve targeted ACoS, TACoS, and ROI objectives.
  • Conduct deep keyword mining using long-tail, negative, and competitor terms to identify scalable opportunities and eliminate wasted spend.
  • Develop and manage campaign segmentation strategies by product type, marketplace, and audience behavior for maximum precision and reach.
  • Ensure seamless alignment between advertising goals and the overall brand positioning, pricing, and inventory strategy.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Utilize Amazon Advertising Console, Seller Central, DSP dashboards, and third-party analytics tools to track performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and placements to maximize CTR and conversion rates.
  • Prepare comprehensive analytical reports and data visualizations highlighting campaign insights, trends, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
  • Maintain accurate monitoring of impression share, click-through rates, CVR, ROAS, and competitor ad placement to assess campaign effectiveness.

Budget Management & Financial Accountability

  • Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly budget pacing to ensure optimal utilization of allocated funds across multiple marketplaces.
  • Provide precise forecasting models, spend projections, and profitability analyses tied to business objectives.
  • Implement cost control mechanisms to prevent overspending while maximizing campaign profitability.

Ad Creation & Brand Compliance:

  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives, product visuals, and A+ content that enhance ad performance.
  • Write compelling ad copy optimized for both user engagement and algorithmic ranking within Amazon search results.
  • Ensure all advertising materials comply with Amazon Ads policies, trademark regulations, and internal brand guidelines.

Cross Functional Collaboration & Leadership

  • Act as the subject matter expert for Amazon PPC.
  • Collaborate closely with Inventory, Product, and E-commerce Operations teams to synchronize advertising with stock levels, pricing updates, and promotional campaigns.

Innovation & Market Expertise

  • Stay ahead of the curve by mastering the latest Amazon Advertising tools, trends, and beta features.
  • Regularly audit and refine campaign structures, targeting methods, and reporting templates for improved automation and scalability.
  • Identify and test new tools, scripts, and automation workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy in campaign management.

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling Amazon PPC campaigns, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing ROAS.
  • Expert level knowledge of Amazon Advertising Console. Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout) and Google Analytics is a strong plus.
  • Superior data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and make swift, data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in mentoring team members and leading projects.
  • Amazon Ads Certification is a strong advantage.
