ABOUT THE ROLE
Elumacom Sales is a Montreal-based eCommerce growth partner founded in 2016. We buy products and fully manage the Amazon presence for our partner brands — including listings, content, advertising, and logistics. We launch approximately 30 new SKUs per week across Amazon US and Amazon Canada.
The PPC Launch Specialist owns the advertising campaigns for every new ASIN from day one through to stable, profitable sales — typically a 3-month window. You will work hand-in-hand with our listing specialists and creative team. Once a listing hits our performance targets, it transfers cleanly to our maintenance PPC team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up and structure PPC campaigns from scratch for newly launched ASINs (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
- Conduct keyword research and ensure proper backend tagging and indexing
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make rapid bid and budget adjustments
- Analyze CTR, conversion metrics, and sales velocity to diagnose underperformance
- Provide clear feedback to listing specialists when listing content is impacting campaign performance
- Provide clear feedback to the creative team when imagery is negatively affecting CTR
- Track and document launch progress for each ASIN in your active queue
- Execute clean, documented handoffs to the maintenance PPC team once targets are met
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience, with focus on new product launches
- Demonstrated ability to build and optimize campaigns from zero to profitability
- Experience collaborating with listing and creative teams in a remote environment
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and FBA advertising ecosystem

- Helium 10 — keyword research, indexing verification, competitor analysis
- Keepa — product tracking, pricing trends, sales history
- Amazon Advertising Console — campaign structure, bid management, search term harvesting
- Microsoft Excel — performance tracking and reporting
- MS Teams — daily communication and cross-team collaboration
- Strong analytical ability — able to diagnose why a launch is underperforming and act fast
- Highly organized — able to manage a large portfolio of active launches simultaneously
