This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing promotional strategies on Amazon while also supporting the broader e-commerce initiatives across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, PPC campaigns, promotions, and listing optimization, combined with strong analytical and project management skills to contribute to overall e-commerce growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon Promotions & Advertising-
Manage and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns (sponsored products, brands, display, etc.) to maximize ROI.

Plan and execute Amazon promotions, coupons, lightning deals, and seasonal campaigns.

Monitor daily budgets, bids, and campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments.

Research keywords and competitor strategies to refine advertising and promotional plans.

Provide detailed reporting on promotions, campaign performance, and sales lift.
E-Commerce Specialist Duties-
Assist in managing product listings across Amazon and other marketplaces (Walmart, eBay, etc.).

Ensure listings are fully optimized with titles, bullet points, keywords, and enhanced content (A+ Content, Brand Store).

Collaborate with creative, operations, and marketing teams to ensure product content, pricing, and inventory align with campaigns.

Track and analyze marketplace performance metrics (traffic, conversion, search ranking, etc.).

Support the rollout of new product launches and e-commerce initiatives.

Stay updated on e-commerce trends, Amazon policy changes, and marketplace best practices.
Qualifications-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).

2+ years of experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising (required).

Strong understanding of Amazon promotions, advertising formats, and campaign optimization strategies.

Experience with listing optimization, keyword research, and SEO for marketplaces.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
