Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Product Management:
- List and manage product catalog (including images, detailed descriptions, competitive pricing, and keywords).
- Regularly update listings to maintain accuracy and compliance.
Order & Inventory Management:
- Oversee order processing, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery through Seller Flex and FBA channels.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for inventory replenishment and management.
Customer Service & Support:
- Handle customer queries, returns, disputes, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high seller ratings and positive customer feedback.
Sales Growth & Listing Optimization:
- Optimize product listings for Amazon SEO to improve rankings and visibility.
- Monitor pricing strategies, run A/B tests on listings, and suggest promotions.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Analyze sales trends, account health, and performance metrics.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and actionable insights.
Buy Box & Pricing Strategy:
- Track market price competition and report to relevant departments.
- Implement strategies to win and maintain the Buy Box position.
Account Health Management:
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
- Proactively address account health issues and resolve any operational risks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central, Seller Flex, and FBA operations.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon algorithms, ranking factors, and policy compliance.
- Proficiency in using Amazon tools and third-party marketplace management software.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and trends.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.
