We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Amazon Account Manager to manage and optimize our Amazon Seller Central accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end account operations, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies, driving sales growth, optimizing listings, managing PPC campaigns, and maintaining excellent account health and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities1. Account Management & Compliance:
- Manage and operate Amazon Seller Central accounts on a daily basis.
- Ensure full compliance with Amazon policies, performance metrics, and seller guidelines.
- Monitor and maintain account health metrics including Order Defect Rate (ODR), Late Shipment Rate (LSR), and Cancellation Rate.
2. Product Listing & Optimization
- Create, upload, and manage product listings (single and bulk uploads).
- Optimize listings using SEO-friendly titles, bullet points, product descriptions, images, and backend keywords.
- Manage product variations, categories, attributes, and listing enhancements to improve visibility and conversions.
3. Inventory & Order Management
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
- Manage FBA and FBM inventory, shipments, and reconciliations.
- Track orders, shipments, returns, and refunds to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
4. Pricing & Promotions
- Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies.
- Plan, execute, and manage promotions, discounts, coupons, and Lightning Deals.
- Monitor Buy Box performance and take corrective actions to improve win rate.
5. Advertising & Marketing (Amazon PPC)
- Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
- Analyze advertising performance metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.
- Optimize ad spend to maximize ROI and improve campaign efficiency.
6. Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and profitability.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
- Identify trends, gaps, risks, and growth opportunities.
7. Customer Service & Feedback Management
- Handle buyer messages, A-to-Z claims, chargebacks, and disputes.
- Monitor and manage customer reviews, ratings, and seller feedback.
- Proactively resolve customer issues to maintain high seller ratings and brand reputation.
8. Policy Compliance & Issue Resolution
- Manage account suspensions, listing suppressions, and policy warnings.
- Draft and submit effective Plans of Action (POAs) for Amazon performance issues.
- Coordinate with Amazon Seller Support to resolve technical, operational, and policy-related issues.
9. Brand Protection & Compliance
- Manage Amazon Brand Registry (if applicable).
- Monitor and report listing hijackers or unauthorized sellers.
- Ensure intellectual property, trademark, and brand compliance.
10. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, finance, and marketing teams.
- Align inventory planning, promotions, and product launches with business objectives.
11. Market Research & Expansion
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
- Identify new product opportunities and category expansions.
- Support expansion into new Amazon marketplaces (US, UK, UAE, KSA, etc.).
12. Process Improvement
- Develop, document, and maintain SOPs for Amazon operations.
- Continuously improve workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
