NATIVIA GLOBAL (PRIVATE) LIMITED is seeking a dedicated Amazon Account Manager to oversee and optimize Amazon Seller Central operations. This role is focused on managing product listings, inventory levels, and maintaining account health to ensure compliance with Amazon policies. The position operates remotely from Lahore Office, aligned with UK business hours (9 AM to 5 PM). The successful candidate plays a critical role in driving sales growth by enhancing product visibility, managing appeals, and resolving listing-related issues efficiently. Prior experience managing these Responsibilities
independently without team oversight is expected. The ideal candidate has a thorough understanding of Amazon’s Seller Central platform, including expertise in listing optimization strategies such as SEO and keyword implementation. They are skilled in monitoring account health, handling suppressions and errors, and preparing appeals to prevent or resolve account issues. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent time management and communication skills are essential for success in this role. The position requires coordination with cross-functional teams remotely, ensuring seamless operational performance and compliance under remote working conditions.
Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Amazon product listings by updating content, keywords, and images to improve sales performance and search visibility.

Regularly monitor and maintain inventory and stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

Track account health metrics to ensure compliance with Amazon policies and proactively address any policy violations or listing suppressions.

Identify listing errors, suppressions, and other issues, and act promptly to resolve them to maintain uninterrupted product visibility.

Prepare detailed and precise appeals for account suspensions or listing removals, collaborating with Amazon support teams to ensure reinstatement.

Analyze marketplace performance data to identify trends, improve product positioning, and recommend strategies to increase sales and brand presence.

Ensure timely communication and reporting regarding account status, product performance, and issue resolution progress.

Collaborate with supply chain and marketing teams to align inventory availability with promotional activities and demand forecasts.
