We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Amazon Seller Central Executive to support the daily operations of Amazon Seller Central accounts. The role involves assisting with listings, order processing, inventory monitoring, basic customer support, and coordination with internal teams while ensuring adherence to Amazon policies and company SOPs.
Key Responsibilities1. Seller Central Operations
- Assist in the day-to-day management of Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Ensure basic compliance with Amazon policies, guidelines, and performance standards.
- Monitor account health indicators and escalate any risks, warnings, or policy issues to the Account Manager.
2. Product Listing Support
- Create, update, and maintain product listings as per provided guidelines.
- Upload product data using flat files and Seller Central tools.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and attributes.
3. Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Monitor daily orders and ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Coordinate with warehouse or logistics teams for order dispatch and delivery.
- Track shipments, returns, refunds, and delivery status to ensure smooth fulfillment.
4. Inventory Monitoring
- Regularly update and monitor inventory levels.
- Report low-stock, excess inventory, or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Assist in creating and managing FBA shipment plans as required.
5. Customer Support Assistance
- Respond to buyer messages within Amazon SLA timelines.
- Handle basic customer inquiries, order-related issues, and return requests.
- Escalate complex complaints, A-to-Z claims, and disputes to the Account Manager.
6. Basic Amazon Advertising Support
- Assist in creating and managing Amazon PPC campaigns under supervision.
- Update keywords, bids, and budgets as instructed.
- Monitor basic advertising metrics such as impressions, clicks, and spend.
7. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and share daily and weekly sales, order, and inventory reports.
- Maintain accurate records of product listings, inventory status, and Seller Support cases.
- Update trackers, dashboards, and internal documentation as required.
8. Amazon Seller Support Coordination
- Raise cases with Amazon Seller Support for routine operational issues.
- Follow up on open cases and update status reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of all communications with Amazon.
9. Quality Control & Compliance
- Ensure all listings and operational activities follow company SOPs.
- Identify and report listing suppressions, errors, or warnings promptly.
- Assist in maintaining healthy account performance metrics.
10. Cross-Department Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams such as warehouse, finance, and marketing for routine tasks.
- Support product launches, promotions, and other marketplace initiatives.
11. Learning & Skill Development
- Stay updated on Amazon Seller Central features, tools, and policy changes.
- Participate in internal training programs related to Amazon operations and e-commerce.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of Amazon tools, workflows, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (basic to intermediate level).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written communication skills.
- Ability to follow SOPs, instructions, and timelines.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
- Basic knowledge of FBA/FBM processes.
- Familiarity with flat-file uploads and order reports.
