Amazon Sourcing Expert (Vendors and Distributors)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Sourcing Expert (Vendors & Distributors) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and building relationships with authorized vendors, distributors, wholesalers, and brands to source profitable products for Amazon marketplaces. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Amazon Wholesale, Online Arbitrage, supplier management, and product profitability analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential vendors, distributors, wholesalers, and brands.

Contact suppliers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Open wholesale accounts with brands and distributors.

Source profitable products for Amazon marketplaces.

Analyze product catalogs and identify winning products.

Calculate profitability, ROI, margins, and sales potential.

Verify supplier authenticity and product eligibility for Amazon.

Negotiate pricing, discounts, payment terms, and bulk purchase agreements.

Maintain supplier databases and sourcing records.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Coordinate with the Amazon team regarding inventory and product opportunities.

Requirements

Proven experience in Amazon Wholesale Sourcing.

Strong knowledge of vendors, distributors, wholesalers, and brand approvals.

Experience working with Amazon Seller Central.

Ability to analyze product catalogs and profitability reports.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Experience using sourcing and product research tools.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Ability to meet sourcing targets and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Helium 10, Keepa, SellerAmp (SAS), Jungle Scout, or similar tools.

Understanding of Amazon FBA and Wholesale business models.

Knowledge of product restrictions, category approvals, and Amazon compliance.

Experience in supplier outreach and account management.
