AMAZON VIRTUAL ASSISTANT - Karachi

We are hiring a skilled and responsible Senior Amazon Virtual Assistant (VA) to manage and grow our Amazon seller account. The candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, order processing, customer support, and maintaining account health in compliance with Amazon policies.
This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and prior experience with Amazon Seller Central.

Key Responsibilities
Product Listing & Optimization

• Create, upload, and manage product listings on Amazon Seller Central
• Write SEO-friendly titles, bullet points, and descriptions (policy-compliant)
• Perform keyword research and optimize listings for ranking
• Manage product variations (size, color, etc.)
• Update product images, pricing, and details

Order & Inventory Management

• Monitor daily orders and ensure timely processing
• Track shipments and update order statuses
• Manage inventory levels and prevent stock outs
• Coordinate with suppliers or warehouse team

Customer Support

• Respond to customer messages within 24 hours
• Handle returns, refunds, and A-to-Z claims
• Resolve customer complaints professionally
• Maintain high seller ratings and feedback

Account Health Management

• Monitor account health dashboard regularly
• Fix suppressed or inactive listings
• Handle policy warnings, violations, and appeals
• Ensure compliance with Amazon rules and guidelines

Marketing & Sales Growth

• Run and manage basic Amazon PPC campaigns
• Conduct competitor and market research
• Optimize listings to improve conversion rates
• Plan promotions, discounts, and deals

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
• Analyze product performance and trends
• Suggest improvements for growth and scaling

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience

• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Proven experience in product listing and account handling
• Experience in apparel/fashion category is a PLUS

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Amazon listing SEO
• Understanding of Amazon policies and guidelines
• Experience with PPC (basic to intermediate)
• Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout (optional)
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

Job Details

• Salary: 80,0000 to 120000
