Overview
We are looking for a reliable Mandarin Chinese-speaking Virtual Assistant to help with lead generation and cold outreach for the real estate industry. This is a full-time remote position requiring 8 hours of dedicated daily support.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable communicating with new people, and experienced with online research and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lead generation and prospect research for real estate opportunities
• Perform cold outreach to potential leads via messaging platforms, email, or phone (Mandarin Chinese)
• Build and maintain lead lists and databases
• Collect and organize contact information of potential buyers, sellers, or investors
• Follow scripts or outreach guidelines when contacting prospects
• Track outreach results and update CRM or spreadsheets
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken )
• Good English communication skills
• Experience with lead generation or cold outreach
• Comfortable speaking with new people and initiating conversations
• Strong internet research skills
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Ability to work 8 hours per day consistently
• Organized and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate lead generation
• Familiar with CRM tools, Google Sheets, or Excel
• Experience with LinkedIn, property platforms, or lead databases
• Previous virtual assistant experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
