Business Development Representative

We are on the lookout for a Business Development Representative for our client in Karachi.

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal

Timings: 9 am to 6 pm

Job Role:

  • Review client profiles, previous interactions, and notes in the CRM system.
  • Identify the objective of each call (lead generation, follow-up, or issue resolution).
  • Prepare and customize call scripts according to client profiles and call objectives.
  • Coordinate and align with the Business Developer before client outreach.
  • Conduct cold calls using contact information available in the CRM.
  • Previous cold calls to arrange meetings
  • Introduce the company and clearly explain the purpose of the call.
  • Engage clients professionally by listening actively and responding to inquiries.
  • Present company services and relevant information clearly and effectively.
  • Address client questions or objections with appropriate solutions.
  • Summarize discussions and confirm next steps before closing the call.
  • Record detailed call notes, feedback, and discussion points in the CRM.
  • Update client status (lead, opportunity, follow-up required, etc.).
  • Schedule follow-up calls or actions where necessary.
  • Document additional insights that may support future client engagement.
  • Review call outcomes to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Generate reports on call results, client feedback, and conversion rates using the CRM.
  • Share feedback with sales and marketing teams to improve scripts and outreach strategies.

KPIs:

Calls and Approaches: 20 well stablished calls in a day, and 100 well stablished calls in a week.

Appointments setting: 10 Appointments set in a week and at least 40 appointments in a month.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (with at least 3 years of experience)
  • Strong verbal English communication skills
  • Confident personality with professional phone etiquette
  • Basic knowledge of Google Docs/Sheets or any CRM system is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and adapt sales communication strategies
