Role Summary

Responsible for managing both Amazon and Walmart marketplace accounts to drive omnichannel e-commerce growth. This hybrid role focuses on listing optimization, advertising coordination, performance analysis, and strategic planning across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients’ Amazon and Walmart accounts.
  • Track account performance and growth metrics; propose improvements.
  • Coordinate listing updates, inventory status, promotions, and content enhancements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account operations.
  • Prepare reports and communicate insights to clients or leadership.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing both Amazon and Walmart marketplace accounts.
  • Strong strategic, analytical and client-facing skills.
  • Comfortable using marketplace and e-commerce tools/analytics.
