Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Amazon and Walmart Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of FBA, WFS, customer support, order processing, and pricing strategies. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online store presence on both Amazon and Walmart platforms to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Amazon FBA Management: Oversee and optimize FBA operations for Amazon. Ensure seamless inventory management, order fulfillment, 3PL Prep and product listing optimization to maximize sales performance.
- Walmart Marketplace Management: Manage and optimize the Walmart seller account, ensuring all product listings are accurate, pricing is competitive, and inventory levels are well-maintained.
- Order Processing: Handle order processing efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and tracking of orders for both Amazon and Walmart platforms.
- Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies based on market trends, competitor analysis, and cost structures to drive sales while maintaining profitability.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, handling returns, and addressing feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics such as sales, returns, customer satisfaction, and inventory levels. Use this data to recommend improvements and make informed decisions to optimize the selling process.
- Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices for both Amazon and Walmart platforms, ensuring that the company remains competitive in the marketplace.
Requirements:
- Proven 1-2 years of experience managing Amazon and Walmart seller accounts, with in-depth knowledge of FBA and WFS processes.
- Expertise in order processing, pricing strategies, and customer support for e-commerce businesses.
- Strong understanding of Amazon and Walmart platform policies, best practices, and algorithms.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with tools like Keepa and Marter.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Keepa to analyze products selling potential and other promotional tools.
- Knowledge of re-prising strategy and tools.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong Account Management skills.
