Amazon Wholesale & Private Label Expert (Product Sourcing, Brand Approvals, FBA | UAE & EU Market

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Wholesale & Private Label Expert with strong expertise in new product sourcing, supplier management, and brand approvals for both Wholesale and Private Label products. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of sourcing from Alibaba, local suppliers, and securing brand approvals across UAE and Germany/EU marketplaces, including Noon UAE. The role will also require experience in launching and scaling Private Label products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing New Products for FBA and Wholesale: Identify and source profitable, high-quality products for FBA and Wholesale through Alibaba, local suppliers, and direct manufacturers for both branded and Private Label products.
• Private Label Development: Launch and scale Private Label products across UAE and Germany/EU marketplaces, including product design, branding, and market entry strategies.
• Supplier & Brand Approvals: Secure brand approvals and ungating for new products, managing relationships with suppliers and brand owners to ensure authorized reseller status for Wholesale and Private Label items.
• Marketplace Expertise: Optimize listings and scale sales on Amazon FBA and Noon UAE, ensuring compliance with local market regulations and creating successful product strategies.
• Logistics and Inventory Management: Oversee the coordination of FBA shipments, inventory management, and pricing strategies for both Wholesale and Private Label products across the UAE and EU markets.
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trending products, opportunities for Private Label, and evaluate wholesale pricing strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Amazon Wholesale and Private Label, specifically within the UAE and Germany/EU marketplaces.
• Strong background in securing brand approvals, ungating, and authorized reseller agreements.
• Expertise in sourcing Wholesale and Private Label products via Alibaba and local suppliers in the UAE and Germany/EU regions.
• Extensive experience with Amazon Seller Central and FBA (inventory management, logistics, product listings, etc.).
• Experience launching and scaling Private Label products, from sourcing to brand development and market entry.
• Noon UAE expertise is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with EU regulations (VAT, product safety laws, etc.) and UAE market requirements.
• German language skills (preferred but not mandatory).
