AMC Sales Engineer – HVAC / VRF Systems

India

We are seeking a driven AMC Sales Engineer to grow Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) sales for HVAC and VRF systems. The role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, negotiation, and renewals while ensuring excellent coordination with service teams across Delhi-NCR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and generate leads for AMC contracts in the HVAC/VRF segment.
  • Plan and conduct client visits, site assessments, product/AMC presentations, and commercial negotiations.
  • Prepare proposals, BOQs (as required), and AMC agreements; drive timely follow-ups to closure.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain a healthy pipeline in CRM/trackers.
  • Coordinate with service/operations teams for smooth onboarding, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive AMC renewals, upsell value-added services (filters, IAQ, spare parts), and manage escalations.
  • Monitor competitor offerings and share inputs for pricing and promotions.

Key Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in AMC sales; HVAC/VRF industry preferred.
  • Working knowledge of HVAC & VRF systems and standard AMC scopes (PAMC/CAMC).
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to generate leads via field prospecting, references, and digital channels.
  • Comfortable with field work and client travel across Delhi-NCR; two-wheeler preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Education

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation or equivalent experience.
