Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Identify, create visibility, and drive actions risks associated with fulfilment of production requirements by closely working with suppliers, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and all relevant stakeholders.

Regularly work with manufacturing team for proactive shortages, short cycle shipments as well as production demands and proactive material planning.
Drive the inventory control of Raw materials, WIP and JIT as per inventory entitlement as well as ensure control over slow moving/Obsolescence as per inventory policy.
Further, keep on optimizing inventory levels and meeting the inventory days target.
Identify and manage bottleneck and capacity constraints and improvement opportunities.
Ensure timely dispatch of vendor aid materials to subcontractors and timely receipts of finished materials, reduce vendor-aid inventory discrepancy by monthly reconciliation.
Close coordination with the cross-functional team to meet the project schedule.
Work closely with sourcing and Component development teams to ensure successful roll out of the new parts.
Analysing daily/weekly shortages and plan action accordingly.
Knowledge about EN Implementation.
Monthly MRP runs, Communicate schedule changes to suppliers.
