Compliance Counsel -

Internal Compliance, Compliance Division - Legal

Education : Bachelor’s degree in law(LLB), PQE(Compliance) or a related field.(from UGC/AICTE approved college/institute)

Experience : Minimum 3 years PQE in Compliance team of multinational company or listed company in India.

Job Description

:

As a Compliance Counsel in a listed company in India, your role will be to support the company’s compliance efforts in accordance with the Company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and regulations. You will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining an effective Compliance Ethics and Integrity Program promoting compliances within the Organization.

Responsibilities

:

Assist in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining the Company’s Ethics and Integrity Compliance Program.

·

Execute compliance initiatives and projects across the Company.

·

Review, update, and communicate Company’s Code of Conduct, policies & procedures.

·

Conduct regular compliance assessments within the Company and contribute to the identification and mitigation of potential compliance risks.

·

Develop training modules, organize, and deliver training on Company policies & procedures and regulatory compliances to the employees to enhance their understanding of applicable compliance requirements.

·

Collaborate with the senior management team and business verticals such as Finance, HR, Internal Audit, Marketing & Sales, Service, Production, Supply Chain, etc. to address compliance issues, audit requirements.

·

Provide guidance on compliance requirements, Company policies and procedures and help foster a culture of compliance within the Company.

·

Work closely with the senior management of the Company to provide regular reports on the effectiveness of the Ethics and Integrity Compliance Program and any identified compliance issues and risk areas.
