1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Drafting, review, negotiation & finalization of varied nature of business contracts
2. Providing comprehensive legal advisories and opinion to internal business teams
3.Collaborating with team members and cross functional teams for conducting day today business activities
4.Understanding and implementation of company’s SOP’s, standard agreements and templates
5.Undertake trainings on legal issues / SOPs for business verticals
6.Contract management – handling process for storage and retrieving of original agreements; maintenance of necessary data sheets in this regard
7.Supporting senior team members in achieving desired team objectives

§ Work closely with other members of Legal Advisory team; other departments within Legal vertical, various internal business teams

§ Engage with empaneled law firms / legal consultants in respect of the assigned work
3. QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

Educational Qualifications
Essential
: LL. B degree from a recognized university
Work Experience
Minimum of 3-4 years in law firms/in-house with experience in corporate laws, transactional advisories and review of legal documentation
Competencies & Skills
ü Experience in drafting, review, negotiations and finalization of legal documentation (agreements, memorandums, undertakings etc.)
ü Professional ability to interpret laws and find solutions to complex legal issues
ü Ability to work well in a high-pressure environment and within strict timelines
ü Must be highly motivated and able to function independently in a “hands-on” environment.
ü Should have excellent analytical and execution skills
ü Should possess excellent communication skills with internal and external stake holders
ü Conduct work with integrity and responsibility
ü Maintain knowledge of alterations in legislation
