Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Preferred knowledge areas:
- In depth Knowledge of CNC and PLC machines with fanuc and Siemens for gear cutting ie hobbing and shaving, gear grinding and housing machining ie HMC and VMC
- Indepth Knowledge of Transmission Assembly line wth trouble shooting.
- In depth Knowledge of 7QC tools, ISO 9000, TS 16949, TPM, DWM, 5S.
- Hands on experience for trouble shooting on variosus machine tools and furnaces in Heat Treatment
- Basic knowledge of Heat Treatment.
- Knowledge about Innovation
- Knowledge about change management.
- Knowledge about Global trends in machining.
- Technological upgrades with benchmark practices.
- Knowledge about Low cost automation technology.
