American Accent Call Receptionist

We are looking for a Call Receptionist (Work From Home – Night Shift in Pakistan)

We’re seeking a professional and confident individual with a clear American accent to join our remote team as a call receptionist.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English with an American accent
• Ability to handle inbound/outbound calls professionally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
• Power backup to ensure uninterrupted work
• Comfortable working night shifts (Pakistan time zone)

Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage incoming calls
• Schedule appointments and handle basic coordination
• Perform daily administrative tasks
• Maintain records and update information accurately
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
