Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, provide support to international clients (especially UAE-based), and assist in backend coordination to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat in a professional manner
  • Handle client coordination and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Provide support to UAE-based clients and resolve service-related issues
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Assist in lead generation and customer onboarding when required
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth workflow
  • Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects
  • Prepare daily/weekly customer service reports
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service / call center / support role
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with international clients (UAE preferred)
  • Knowledge of logistics, fleet management, or SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
