We are looking for a motivated Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls for our USA-based clients. The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers
• Provide information about products/services
• Resolve customer queries and complaints politely
• Maintain call records and customer details
• Meet daily/weekly call targets
• Follow company call scripts and policies

Requirements

• Basic English speaking and understanding
• Fresh candidates and experienced both welcome
• Willing to work night shifts (USA time)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good listening and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team
