Call center Agents

Job Description:
We are seeking motivated Call Center Agents to join our team for healthcare and insurance-related campaigns, including ACA (Affordable Care Act), Medicare, MVA (Motor Vehicle Accident), and Final Expense (FE). The agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying potential clients, verifying customer information, explaining basic coverage or service options, and scheduling appointments for licensed agents or specialists. The role requires maintaining accurate CRM records, ensuring compliance with campaign guidelines, and delivering excellent customer service while meeting daily and monthly performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Qualify potential clients and gather necessary information.
  • Provide basic information about ACA, Medicare, MVA, or Final Expense services.
  • Verify customer details and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Schedule appointments for licensed agents or specialists.
  • Follow company policies and compliance regulations.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and performance targets.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of call center experience (healthcare, insurance, or lead generation preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and meet targets.
  • Basic computer skills and CRM system knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per hour
